We Care!

Our firm is designed to take care of our customers during a traumatic time. That includes offering free consultations and discounted rates for our services.

Peggy Urbaneja was born and raised in rural Ohio.   From the age of 9, she watched as the world took advantage of those around her who lacked education.  From that time, she decided to become a lawyer to help those who could not help themselves.  As one of the first of her family to attend college,  she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2001 and graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2003.

While at St. Thomas, Mrs. Urbaneja served as a member of the St. Thomas Law Review, the Trial Competition Team, and a board member of the Moot Court Team.  Additionally, Mrs. Urbaneja received a number of honors and recognitions, including a Book Award and a Best Oralist Award.

In an effort to give back to the community, Mrs. Urbaneja worked pro bono at a number of South Florida high schools teaching the legal system and mock trial skills to students.  She was recognized for her efforts with an award from one of the high schools in Miami Dade County and St. Thomas University School of Law.  Additionally, Mrs. Urbaneja volunteers with her church through various outreach programs and coaches a dance ministry at Community Christian Church in Tamarac, Florida.

Since 2003, Mrs. Urbaneja has worked as an associate in a law firm focusing on personal injury, foreclosure, bankruptcy, family and immigration.  On January 1, 2015, Mrs. Urbaneja established her own law firm based on years of legal experience and a heart for helping those who could not help themselves.  This desires extends to her participation in the "Putting Something Back" pro bono Bankruptcy program.
